We’re in the final stretch of the school year and Memorial Day is right around the corner.. you know what that means - next stop, summer! ☀️

Over the years I’ve been asked a lot about spring or summer mini sessions, kind of like the ones I do in the fall. I’ve always wanted to, but I’m kind of a wimp & the weather & scheduling seem much less predictable in the summer months in recent years. Ask anyone, nothing tickles the anxiety for me like having to reschedule eight different sessions in one day in the fall due to unexpected rain 😂. Not to mention, people are just busier in the summer with vacations and summer activities.

But this summer, I wanted to try something new! A kind of hybrid “mini-ish” session that’s more of a blend of my petite package and standard package. Larger than my petite package, but a tiny bit smaller than the standard, for a fraction of the price. And, bonus- it’s at the beach! 😍

It won’t be structured like my holiday mini sessions, which are scheduled in bulk, very fast-paced, back to back on two to three specific days of the season. With this package, you’ll be able to choose from a range of available afternoons/evenings in July & August where we meet down along the coast (about an hour and a half from Granby, CT where most of my client base is) and have a 25 minute session at the beach and the beautiful surrounding grounds for a very “summer in New England” photo session! Still quick and easy, but not as rushed (or chilly) as the autumn mini sessions can feel, and we will be done in plenty of time for you to enjoy a beach evening as a family, (lots of people picnic and grill right there on the grounds) grab dinner at any one of the amazing restaurants in town or even take a walk on the boardwalk (conveniently located behind the ice cream shop) if you want to make an event out of it! The sessions will take place mainly on Friday or Saturday after 5pm to avoid any beach parking fees, and to make it worthwhile for everyone, with less of a rush to get home on a work night.
